Conference Fees
Full Event - $250 for Members; $300 for Non-Members
One Day - $175 for Members; $225 for Non-Members

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received by email.
Cancellations received two (2) weeks prior to the first day of the conference will receive a full refund minus a $10.00 processing fee for individual registrations and $20.00 for sponsors.
Cancellations received within two (2) weeks or less prior to the first day of the conference will not be refunded.
With prior notification, you may substitute a different name for your registration should you become unable to attend.
If you register for the conference without paying, do not attend and do not contact TN AFPM as outlined above, you will be charged the full conference rate.
Appeals may be made in writing to the Board of Directors for emergency situations.
